Pavol Pravda
Partner

Pavol is a Partner at MONTWARD. He previously spent 20 years in one of the BIG4 firms, where he served as a Partner responsible for transaction advisory. Over the course of his career, he has advised on more than 250 transactions across Central Europe.

His clients include strategic buyers, private equity funds, and financial institutions. He has deep experience across sectors such as energy, industrial manufacturing, food, agriculture, IT, healthcare, automotive, and real estate.

Pavol also has several years of financial audit experience and in-depth knowledge of IFRS. He has been a member of ACCA since 2008.

Zuzana Hanusová
Director

Zuzana is a Director at MONTWARD, specializing in M&A advisory and business transformation. She leads buy-side and sell-side mandates and supports clients in stabilizing and restructuring businesses from the perspectives of financial reporting, cash flow, operations, and internal processes.

Prior to joining MONTWARD, she worked at PwC from 2017, serving Slovak and international clients across manufacturing, construction, IT, e-commerce, retail, and services.

Her expertise includes financial audit, IFRS reporting, and Slovak accounting standards, supported by ACCA exams.

Marek Pecko
Senior Advisor

Marek is a Senior Advisor at MONTWARD, focusing on M&A processes, financial modelling, and valuations. He previously worked at PwC, specializing in transaction services and valuations for clients in manufacturing, IT, and retail.

During his studies in London, he also gained experience at BDO Slovakia in financial audit, with a focus on public sector projects.

Marek’s technical expertise is backed by ACCA exams, international education, and the discipline and resilience he developed as a former professional ice hockey player.

Adrián Szabó
Analyst

Adrián is an Advisor at MONTWARD, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, financial modelling, and strategic advisory. During his studies, he gained experience in premium real estate sales, at an investment company focused on supporting and scaling startups, and at the Croatian-Slovak Chamber of Commerce, where he contributed to the development of international trade relations and the promotion of Slovak exports.

His diverse background across different business sectors enables him to understand client needs beyond financial statements and to design solutions that deliver sustainable value and competitive advantage.

Vladyslav Androsenko
Analyst

Vladyslav Androsenko is a trainee at MONTWARD. During his studies, he actively participates in various projects and competitions. He is a finalist of the DanubeCup startup competition, a participant in the international CEC project focused on foreign investments and ESG, and he completed an Erasmus+ program dedicated to transactions and mergers in the DeepTech sector.

He has been an entrepreneur since the age of eighteen and has gained valuable experience in a financial and real estate firm. He speaks four languages, and in his free time, he enjoys chess and astronomy, which help him view transactions from a unique analytical perspective.
